Grounded in Love

Our text in Ephesians 3:14-19 is the second of Paul's inspired and recorded prayers. It is a fascinating one because he asks God to help them ground their identity in the love of Christ. We know there is a love that belongs to Christ. The Bible tells us that. We now God to be loving. Countless teachers have taught us that. But is it enough simply to know that God loves us? This prayer proves that it is not.
If we are going to ground our identity in the love of Christ, we need to experience it for ourselves. And if we are going to experience for ourselves in its fullness, we need God's help. Join us today as we take this prayer apart so that we too can be Grounded in Love.
