Dealing with Anxiety

I received a question about mental health this past week, which according to most studies, is at an all time low in the US. In an effort to answer that question I wound up in Matthew 6:25 - 34. As the final installment of our Asking for a Friend series, we are going deal anxiety from Jesus' teaching about anxiety. It is also quite fitting for the New Year.
